How to make Hemp Milk?
- 100g (1 cup) Hemp Hearts
- 500ml (2-3 cups) Water
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract and salt to taste
- Options for added sweetness: Coconut Sugar, Mangoes, Strawberries, Blueberries, Jaggery, Honey, etc.
- Add all ingredients to a mixer for blending
- Blend for about a minute
- Pop your Hemp milk into a large jar or bottle
- Pop it into the fridge to chill before serving (it tastes best chilled)
- Give it a swish and a jiggle before using and enjoy.
Note: You don’t need to follow exact measurement while making Hemp Milk, you can play around with the ratios a little depending on the thickness and creaminess you desire. :)
