Hemp Protein Cookies
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup light Coconut Sugar
- 1 cup all purpose Flour, gluten free
- 1 tablespoon Hemp Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/4th cup Chocolate Chips of choice
- 1/2 cup Vegan Butter
- Treat the flour. Start by heat treating the flour in microwave or oven to ensure it's suitable for eating in edible cookie dough.
- Cream the butter and sugar in a standard mixer for 2 to 3 mins until combined.
- Add all the other ingredients and continue blending/mixing. Slowly add your milk and vanilla extract and keep mixing.
- Gradually add flour and salt and mix until just combined.
- Make your shape of cookies and enjoy :)
