Hemp Protein Cookies

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup light Coconut Sugar
  • 1 cup all purpose Flour, gluten free
  • 1 tablespoon Hemp Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4th cup Chocolate Chips of choice
  • 1/2 cup Vegan Butter
INSTRUCTIONS
  • Treat the flour. Start by heat treating the flour in microwave or oven to ensure it's suitable for eating in edible cookie dough.
  • Cream the butter and sugar in a standard mixer for 2 to 3 mins until combined.
  • Add all the other ingredients and continue blending/mixing. Slowly add your milk and vanilla extract and keep mixing.
  • Gradually add flour and salt and mix until just combined.
  • Make your shape of cookies and enjoy :)
