1. Will I get high on consuming Hemp?
  • Unfortunately, no. It's impossible to get high with Hemp, but possible to get loads of nutrients from it. 
2. What is Hemp?
  • Hemp belongs to the Cannabis family and can be defined as Cannabis Sativa which has below 0.3% of THC. Hemp is used for medical and industrial purposes. 
3. Is this better than Flax and Chia seeds?
  • Infact, its 2x better in terms of its protein content.
4. How can I consume Hemp Hearts?
  • It is best consumed raw. Additionally, you can sprinkle it on your salads, meals, breakfast cereals, daal, sabzi, sandwich, pastry, khichdi, dips- the options are endless! It also goes really well with smoothies and protein shakes, because of its grassy-earthy-nutty punch.

    CannaBliss FAQs

    • Cannabidiol, also known as CBD, is a cannabinoid that is found naturally in the Cannabis Sativa plant. 

    • Tetrahydrocannabinol, or THC, is the compound found in the Cannabis Sativa plant and has psychoactive effects, giving you a feeling of ‘high’ after consumption of any kind.

    • No, it cannot. The compound CBD assists with various mental, physical and physiological disorders and keeps you at absolute ease after consumption.

    • If consumed alone, then definitely! But, like our full-spectrum CBD oils, when combined with CBD and other cannabinoids, the psychoactive effects are minimised largely.

    • The CBD molecule interacts with the endocannabinoid system, mainly the CB1 & CB2 receptors. This process has many benefits such as preventing cancer cells from growing, acts as an antiseptic, protects your  brain along with many other facets.

    • If consumed over the required daily dosage, CBD can cause dry mouth, drowsiness, nausea, and quicker heart rate.

    • Our full spectrum CBD oil is extracted from the leaves and stalks of the Cannabis plant. It contains all the natural chemicals found in the Cannabis plant, including all the cannabinoids, terpenes, flavonoids and essential oils.

    • Full spectrum CBD oil contains multiple cannabinoids including THC, whereas, Isolate is the purest form of CBD with no other cannabinoids present and will be in a crystalline form.

    • Hemp hearts in Hindi are called ‘Bhang Dil’.

    • Of course you can! You can use hemp hearts while you are baking or even use them raw and sprinkle these nutritional bombs all over your salads, rice or even smoothies.

    • Our hemp hearts have the same nutrition as raw hemp seeds. The only difference between them is the hard fibrous hull that makes raw hemp seeds hard to digest.

    • Yes, you can use this to make hemp milk by taking a handful of hemp hearts, water and any preferred sweetener. Add this to a blender and churn till the milk turns smooth. Strain this mixture and enjoy a fresh glass of Hemp milk.

    • You cannot cook with our Hemp Seed Oil due to it being cold-pressed. It is best consumed raw and used as a drizzle on salads, dips, rotis and those decadent desserts.
